Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, or is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact us at support@yerbaly.com. In some cases, packages may arrive 24 hours after being marked delivered.

Return & Refund Policy

At Yerbaly, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. While we don’t accept returns due to the consumable nature of our products, we do offer replacements or credits in certain cases:

Damaged Items

If your order arrives with damaged items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos.

  • Punctured or Leaking Cans: We will issue a replacementor credit depending on the extent of damage.
    • If 3 or more cansare damaged: We’ll send replacements.
    • If fewer than 3 cansare damaged: We’ll issue a store credit (we do not ship individual cans).
  • Dented Cans: These are safe to consume and not eligiblefor replacement or refund.
  • Tea Sets or Loose Leaf Products: If any item in your order is broken, missing, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a credit.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If items are missing from your package, we’ll ship the missing products or issue credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Missing Deliveries

If your package is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, wait 24 hours as it may still be in transit. If it doesn’t arrive, reach out and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Wholesale Shipping & Refund Policy

By becoming a wholesale purchaser of Yerbaly, you agree to abide by Yerbaly’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In addition, you agree to the following Wholesale Shipping and Refund Policies, which apply in lieu of our standard retail policies.

Wholesale Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship wholesale orders on the same business day if received before 11:00 AM Central Time, or by the next business day if received after that time. Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or another reliable carrier as needed.

  • Free Standard Shippingis offered on wholesale orders over $1,000.
  • Shipping time estimates exclude weekends and holidays.
  • Expedited or custom shippingoptions may be available upon request at an additional cost.
  • Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Please note:

  • Yerbaly is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.
  • If a delivery is incomplete or returned to sender due to an address issue or other reason, we will reship at no cost only if the error was on our end. Otherwise, reshipping is at the purchaser’s expense.
  • Wholesale buyers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, resale, and use of Yerbaly products comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
  • Yerbaly is not liable for any legal or financial consequences resulting from your use or resale of our products. You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary permissions or licenses to do so.

Wholesale Refund Policy

Our wholesale return policy differs from our standard retail policy. Please review the following carefully.

  • We offer a 30-day return windowfor products that arrive defective or damaged.
  • Other returns may be accepted at our sole discretion.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Returns must be pre-authorizedby our team; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
